Meet Dale Dorch the CEO and founder of Top Floors & More. Dale came up with the name from a
friend he work for about 15 years ago. It was kind of just a joke. Well come to find out Dale is for real.
Our CEO has always dreamed big! He was raised in two foster homes growing up. Luckily he was to
be blessed with the second one. The biggest financial goal was breaking a national sales record for
selling the most insurance door to door. He did this here in souther Illinois! I know his greatest goal
to him is having a family of his own. With four kids and a wife that keep him pretty busy.
So when Dale tells people his story and his dream for Top floors & More they always say "nothing
like dreaming big Hugh"? There is a plan of action and a track to run on to make Top Floors & More
nation wide. One question., what company do you know of that sells all the flooring, installs it, cleans

addition to taking care of Dale and four kids. She takes care of the whole Janitorial side of the
